426 West 58th Street in midtown West Manhattan is a structure that was previously a turn-of-the-century telephone exchange office. Now a residential property named WFIFTY8 at Columbus Circle, it displays a mixture of limestone, glass, and metal for its outer design. The interior materials are a modern use of granite, walnut, glass and marble. The illustrations evoke the warm, yet modern boutique style of each space.

The brochure is printed on a metallic vellum sheet so that light can pass through similar to the glass used in the building. The brochure is printed flat, paired with individual floor plans which are printed on a translucent green vellum and rolled up together as needed for prospective tenants.
